The company has grown steadily over the years, and now consists of 20 fantastic employees and offices in St. Louis, Indianapolis and Kansas City. NATIONAL PARKS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Featuring a boat tour to the remote Channel Islands National Park

Journey to 2 vastly different National Parks, the Mojave National Preserve, and the vacation hotspot of Palm Springs. Enjoy Southern California’s winter sunshine while exploring the great outdoors.

DAY 1: ARRIVE

Fly to Los Angeles and check in for two nights along the California Coast. D

DAY 2: CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK

Journey offshore through the Santa Barbara Channel to the “Galapagos of North America,” Channel Islands National Park. Spend the day exploring at your own pace, choosing your preferred departure time for more or less time on the island. Optional activities range from relaxing by the water and visiting the historical ranch, to hiking the rugged coastline and even guided kayaking into sea caves (added expense). After a day of fun on Santa Cruz Island, return to the mainland for dinner. B, D

DAY 3: REAGAN LIBRARY & MUSEUM

Experience the history and legacy behind the 40th president at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum. This iconic museum includes a section of the Berlin Wall, the actual Air Force One that Reagan used while president, and a replica of his Oval Office. Travel through the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest to arrive for dinner and an overnight stay in Barstow. B, D

DAY 4: MOJAVE NATIONAL PRESERVE

1.6 million acres of wilderness make up Mojave National Preserve. The incredible desert landscapes expand in every direction as you approach the ghost center and main attraction, including historical exhibits, a film, and an art gallery. Continue to Palm Springs and enjoy your first look at the area from the top of a mountain! Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to Mt San Jacinto State Park and enjoy dinner at Peaks Restaurant. Check in for a 3-night stay at the Hyatt in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. B, D

DAY 5: JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK

Incredible landscapes, remarkable geology, and unique plant life make Joshua Tree one of America’s most popular National Parks. Experience it up close with an extensive driving tour, including multiple stops along the way. From the “jumbo rocks” in the north to the cactus gardens of the south, the diversity of Joshua Tree will astound. Keep an eye out for the park’s wildlife residents, big horn sheep and coyote. B, L

DAY 6: VILLAGE FEST

Craving more time in the park? Join your tour manager for an optional early morning hike in the Cottonwood district of Joshua Tree. See a bit of everything on this 2.6 mile loop, including great views, jumbo rocks, and even a small palm tree oasis. Or enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel and on the streets of Palm Springs. This afternoon, visit Palm Springs Air Museum and see a large collection aircraft used in military combat throughout American history. Tonight it’s “Village Fest,” a weekly street festival on Palm Canyon Drive. Enjoy music, shops, and food all right outside your hotel’s front door! B, L

DAY 7: RIVERSIDE

Depart Palm Springs and continue to the town of Riverside to check into the historic Mission Inn Hotel. Considered the largest Mission Revival Style building in the United States, the hotel is a National Historic Landmark and is a member of Historic Hotels of America. Enjoy a tour of the grounds and dinner before a comfortable night’s stay. B, D
