Sunrise Tours is a family owned and operated company that was started in 1993. The company has grown steadily over the years, and now consists of 20 fantastic employees and offices in St. Louis, Indianapolis and Kansas City. We pride ourselves on delivering extremely high quality tour experiences at a fair price, and we consider repeat Sunrise Tours customers our most important marketing “tool”.

Day 1: Cedar City, UT

 

Fly into Las Vegas and begin our journey west with a two-night stay in Cedar City, UT. D

 

Day 2: Zion National Park

 

Follow the lush Virgin River into Zion National Park where you will be surrounded by massive canyon walls and a unique landscape during our narrated open-air tram ride. Enjoy time to explore and lunch at the Red Rocks Grill before returning to Cedar City. B, L

 

Day 3: Bryce Canyon National Park

 

See one of America’s most colorful and aweinspiring National Parks up close with our local guide. Learn about the unique geology that created the unmistakable “hoodoos.” Continue through Central Utah’s rugged landscape to Moab for dinner and a 2-night stay. B, D

 

Day 4: Canyonlands and Arches National Parks

 

Venture into the desert wilderness of steep canyons and buttes with a guided tour of Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, located 2,000 feet above a gooseneck in the Colorado River. After lunch, discover the world’s largest concentration of natural stone arches at Arches National Park. B, L

 

Day 5: Monument Valley

 

Head to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park and learn about the Native American heritage of this area as we explore the back roads and wideopen spaces portrayed in many movies, from Stagecoach to Forest Gump. A Navajo guide will lead us on a 4-wheel drive tour to the most enduring and definitive images of the American West. Cross into Arizona for dinner and a 2-night stay at Lake Powell Resort. B, D

 

Day 6: Lake Powell

 

Enjoy a morning cruise on beautiful Lake Powell into the twisted, narrow slots of Antelope Canyon. Take a guided tour of the country’s second largest concrete arch dam, Glen Canyon Dam. Relax and enjoy time at one of the top resorts in the Southwest, just steps from the shores of Lake Powell. B, D

 

Day 7: Las Vegas

 

Spend your morning enjoying all that the resort has to offer or join an optional trip to the Horseshoe Bend Overlook, where the Colorado River takes a steep turn in the canyon below. Depart for a 2-night stay in Las Vegas, including time to explore this bustling city. B, D

 

Day 8: Grand Canyon West

 

Take a day trip to Grand Canyon West for an intimate look at one of nature’s most amazing wonders. Walk along the rim to enjoy the scenic view points, learn about the Hualapai Nation, and step out onto the glass-bottom Skywalk high above the canyon floor (additional expense). Return to Las Vegas. Day 9: Fly Home Reflect on the incomparable natural beauty we have explored as we fly home. B
