Day 1: Wisconsin
Board our deluxe motorcoach and travel to Milwaukee, located on the confluences of the Milwaukee, Menomonee, and Kinnickinnic Rivers. Enjoy free time to explore the Milwaukee Public Market located in the Historic Third Ward. Continue to Port Washington for an overnight stay. D

Day 2: Upper Peninsula
Drive along the shoreline of Lake Michigan dotted with colorful fall foliage. Stop in Escanaba for a taste of Sweden during lunch at the Swedish Pantry. Cruise along the crystal-clear waters of Lake Superior for perfect views of colored cliffs, sea caves, and pristine beaches. Experience the splendor of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore lit by the rays of the setting sun during our sunset cruise. Overnight stay overlooking Lake Superior in Munising, MI. B, L

Day 3: Sault Sainte Marie
Visit Tahquamenon Falls State Park to see the Upper Falls, one of the largest waterfalls east of the Mississippi. Explore the stories of sailors and ships who braved the waters of Lake Superior, the most treacherous of the Great Lakes, during a visit to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum. Arrive in historic Sault Sainte Marie, MI, known as the Northern Gateway to Canada. Enjoy a delicious dinner cruise on the beautiful St. Mary’s River and experience the Soo Locks, one of the great wonders of the world and the largest waterway traffic system on earth. See the locks up close as we travel along the international shoreline of the lower harbor. Unpack for a 2-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Sault Ste. Marie. B, D

Day 4: Agawa Canyon
Grab your passport as we cross into Canada and board the Agawa Canyon Train. Heading deep into the heart of the Canadian wilderness, we are transported 114 miles north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, over towering trestles, alongside pristine lakes and rivers and through the amazing granite rock formations and forests of the Canadian Shield filled with gorgeous fall foliage. B, L

Day 5: Mackinac Island
Ascend 210 feet above Sault Ste Marie and the Soo Locks during a morning visit to the Tower of History. Enjoy spectacular views of the world’s busiest inland shipping channel from the observation platforms. Take a ferry ride across Lake Huron to Mackinac Island. Board a horse and carriage ride to the island’s premier luxury resort, the incomparable Grand Hotel, where the longest porch in the world overlooks the Straits of Mackinac, for a 2-night stay. This evening, enjoy an elegant 5-course dinner in the Grand Dining Hall with evening entertainment. B, D

Day 6: Free day on Mackinac Island
After breakfast in the Grand Dining Room, enjoy a full day at leisure to relax at the hotel and explore the Island. Take a carriage tour of Mackinac Island State Park, browse the quaint shops, rent a bicycle to ride around the island, play lawn bowling, or explore The Grand and learn a little more about its history. You have all day to be as active or relaxed in your wonderful surroundings. Your Sunrise Tour Manager will be available to help you plan your day (cost of additional activities not included). Day 7: Grand Rapids, MI
