At Sunrise Tours, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the status of COVID-19, we have decided to allow our staff to work from home. Starting Wednesday, March 18, the office will be closed. We will continue to be fully operational including answering phones, emails and mail, but we ask that you please do not visit our physical offices in St. Louis or Kansas City. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email.
As of June 1, we have cancelled all Sunrise Tours departures through July, 2020. In addition, we have canceled future 2020 departures NOT listed on the website.
If you are registered for a tour not
listed on the website, you are welcome to transfer your deposit to a different
vacation (please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to do so) or we will send you a
full refund of your deposit. You do NOT have to call or email to
request a refund of deposit for a tour not listed on the website, we will be
processing refunds over the next several weeks. Please be patient, we
have hundreds to process.
We will mail an abbreviated catalog
later this month (June), so stay tuned for more details about future Sunrise
Tours. When you are ready to travel, we will be ready to take you!
